Lode Runner 2 is the sequel to the remake of Doug Smith's timeless classic. The game features 5 unique worlds where in each level you will try to collect all the gold without dying. Run, dig, climb, scale, fall, drob bombs and collect stuff!

Like in Jazz Jackrabbit 2, this sequel has also added a companion (Jane) to its main character (Jake Peril). They are identical in their capabilities --no special moves. Choose one of them and get into Lode Runner's new dimension!

Duke Nukem 3D Review

(More customer reviews)By far Duke Nukem 3D is the best 3D action shooter I have ever seen.I rank it above all current 3D titles include Unreal Tournament and Quake III.Why?Because Duke Nukem has things you wouldn't expect to see in ordinary 3D Shooters.With all the action you experiences the game has many humorous refference and to top it all off Duke Talk.
I really don't recommend letting youngsters get there hands on this game as it is full of offensive materials and adult content, but if that stuff offends you don't worry the game has the feature to remove any adult content.
There is one downside.With certain soundcards the game may crash under certain conditions, you can get a patch to repair this.
The game also features the build editor which allows you to create your own 3D worlds.

Entertainment wisely decided to leave the core gameplay unaltered from the original "Lumines".It's still as addictive as ever, with the falling 2x2 blocks and simple 2-color scheme giving way to complex strategies.The additions come in the form of new skins, new songs (some of which have video backgrounds), new mascots (mine's a kitty!), an expanded puzzle mode, and a remix mode where you can create your own musical effects.The game also allows you to start at an intermediate or advanced difficulty, for those of us who could keep playing the original for hours after maxing out the score.My only complaint is that the song list feels somewhat shorter than the first game, and it didn't take long before I had looped it and was repeating the same tracks again.Still, Lumines is already a new classic for puzzle games, and this sequel adds more of what most players will want.

(More customer reviews)I had spent much time playing NBA Live 98 and was ready to upgrade.I decided to purchase NBA Live 2000 and give it a shot.
The basic play style is very similar to the previous NBA Live products.The one item that is truely worth buying the game for is the import face feature.This allows you not only to create yourself by setting your height, weight, and abilities (slightly modified for the game, of course), but also allows you to import a photograph of yourself.By mapping out key features on your photograph the computer can then incorporate your features (e.g. eye shape, mouth shape, eyebrows, skin tone) into your computer image.
I found it best to take a picture from staight on and have a plain expression (e.g. no smiling).My first attempt was with my driver's license photo (in which I'm smiling) and it didn't map well.I had a friend take my picture this time with no expression and it mapped so much better.It's very cool to see my face on the player in the instant replays!
THe only drawback I noticed with this game is that sometimes the actions gets very slow.It takes forever to shoot free throws.Also, if you have the detail setting too high the video sometimes gets choppy.I turned down the video settings and it kept right up.
If you enjoyed the previous versions of NBA Live I would highly recommend upgrading to this version.If you've never played NBA Live before, but are interested in a basketball game, this is an excellent place to start.
